How to resize your photo for an exam form

Match the notification exactly
Exam forms specify photo dimensions in pixels and a file size range in KB. Both matter — a photo that is the right size in pixels but too heavy in KB is still rejected, and vice versa.
Keep the face proportion right
Most exams want the head and shoulders to fill the frame with a plain light background. Crop to that before resizing so the face is not shrunk into a corner.
If the file is still too large
