What is free and what is paid
The photo, signature and PDF tools, the mock tests and the previous-year question papers are free to use for personal purposes. No account, subscription or fee is required for them. Separately, ExamSize offers paid digital study books, which are priced individually and listed on the Pricing page. Paid items are always shown with their price before you buy, and no charge is ever applied to a free feature.
Purchases and payment
Paid digital books are sold as one-time purchases in Indian Rupees. Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway; ExamSize does not receive or store your card, UPI or bank credentials. A purchase is confirmed only after the gateway confirms the payment. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in the Cancellation and Refunds Policy, and how a purchased book reaches you is set out in the Delivery Policy.
No warranty on exam acceptance
Exam photo and signature requirements are published by government bodies and change without prior notice. We maintain this database with best-effort accuracy, but we make no guarantee that a file produced by this tool will be accepted by any specific exam portal. Always verify the specifications from the official exam notification before submitting your application.
Limitation of liability
This service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any rejected applications, missed deadlines, or losses arising from use of this tool. The applicant is solely responsible for verifying that their uploaded files meet the official requirements.
Your content
You retain all rights to your photos and files. We do not access, store, or use them in any way — they are processed entirely in your browser and immediately discarded when you close or navigate away from the page.
Acceptable use
This tool is intended for individual exam applicants. You may not use this service for automated bulk processing, commercial resale, or any activity that places excessive load on the site.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The current terms have been in effect since May 2026.
