Delivery Policy

Short version: digital only. Your book unlocks in your Library within seconds of payment. No courier, no shipping fee, no address needed.
Everything we sell is digital
ExamSize sells digital study books only. There is no physical product, no courier, no packaging and no shipping address to provide. Nothing will ever arrive by post, so no shipping charge is applied to any order and no delivery address is collected.
How and when your book is delivered
Delivery is electronic and immediate. As soon as the payment gateway confirms your payment, the book is unlocked in the Library section of your ExamSize account and can be read or downloaded from there. In normal conditions this happens within a few seconds of payment.
Where to find what you bought
Open Digital Books and then Library, or go to /manch/library directly. Every book you have paid for stays listed there and can be opened again as many times as you like — there is no download limit and no expiry.
What to do if it does not appear
Occasionally a payment succeeds at the bank but the confirmation reaches us late, and the book takes a few minutes to appear. Refresh the Library page first. If it is still missing 30 minutes after payment, email sukhadewe121@gmail.com with your transaction reference — we will either deliver the book manually or refund you in full under the Cancellation and Refunds Policy.
What you need to read a book
A modern browser and an internet connection to open the Library. Books are supplied as PDF, which every phone, tablet and computer can already open. No app install and no additional software is required.
International buyers
Because delivery is electronic, books can be bought and read from anywhere. Prices are charged in Indian Rupees and your bank may apply its own currency-conversion charge, which is outside our control.
