Draw Signature for Exam Form
Draw your signature on canvas and export it as PNG or JPEG at the exact dimensions SSC, IBPS, MPSC and 200+ exam forms require. Free, no upload, no login.
How to make your signature for an exam form
- Draw your signature in the box, or upload a photo of it signed on white paper.
- The tool trims the blank margin and sets it to the size your form needs.
- Download the JPG or PNG and upload it.
What exam forms expect
A signature field wants dark ink on a plain white background, in the pixel dimensions and KB range from your notification. A scanned signature with a grey or shadowed background often gets rejected.
Drawing vs scanning
Drawing here gives a clean transparent-trimmed result with no scan shadow. If you scan instead, sign with a dark pen on unlined white paper and crop tight to the strokes.
Keep it consistent
Use a signature you can reproduce on the answer sheet and at document verification. A mismatch later can hold up your candidature.
Frequently asked questions
How do I upload a signature to an exam form?
Draw it here or upload a photo of it on white paper, set the required dimensions and file size, and download the image to upload.
What background should the signature have?
Plain white. Remove any shadow or colour from a scan, or draw it here to avoid that entirely.
Is my signature uploaded to a server?
No. It is processed in your browser and never leaves your device.
Pen colour — black or blue?
Follow your notification. When it does not say, black or dark blue both scan cleanly; avoid light or gel colours.
Your documents never leave your device
All processing happens inside your browser using the Canvas API. Your files are never uploaded, never stored, and we never see them.
