How to merge PDF files for an exam form
- Upload the PDF files you want joined — for example a marksheet PDF and a certificate PDF.
- Drag them into the order the form expects.

Why one PDF instead of several
Document-verification fields usually take one file each. If proof of a claim is split across two or more PDFs, they must be combined so the whole thing uploads as a single document.
Page order matters
Put the pages in the sequence a verifying officer expects — for instance latest qualification first, then supporting certificates. Fix the order before merging; changing it afterwards means redoing the merge.
Check the merged size
Joining files adds their sizes together, so the result may cross the upload limit. Run it through the PDF Compressor if it does.
